“The honors classes I took at Fullerton College were my favorite because my classmates were also motivated and the professors were very engaging. At such a large community college, It’s easy to get lost and I think the honors program helps students stay on track and provides resources to help stay organized and get involved on campus.
Being an honors student also qualifies you for membership in Fullerton College’s honors association, Phi Theta Kappa. As a member and officer of PTK, I formed lasting friendships with my classmates and professors and participated in fun club events, community service opportunities, and club fundraisers.
Transferring from Fullerton College to a UC is very likely for a student in the honors program because there are agreements between community colleges and UCs.”
